Our Services

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Like any other muscle in the body the pelvic floor needs to have strength, endurance, power/speed, and coordination with surrounding muscle groups. Pelvic floor physiotherapists are trained to assess this area, diagnose the dysfunction, and provide treatment options.

  • Breast Health

Women’s health extends past the pelvis with our physiotherapist certified to assess and manage lactation conditions of the breast and the infant.

  • Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Orthopaedic physiotherapy can be life-changing. Our physiotherapist can get you back on track with your daily activities after surgery, an injury, car accident, or illness. With one-on-one treatments and hands on therapy you always get the most out of each appointment.

  • We are located at 537 Highway 2 Unit 3 in Elmsdale Nova Scotia. We are just behind the Lin Garden Restaurant. When you arrive you will notice that there are plenty of places to park in front of our unit. There are three steps to get into the clinic, with a railing on your right hand side. If you require any assistance to ascend the stairs please call our clinic and we will be happy to help. Once in our clinic everything is on one level.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. If applicable, clothes that allow exposure of the problem area is encouraged. For example, shorts allow assessment of a knee with ease. You are welcome to bring and change into an extra pair of clothes in the clinic.
